Fees:

A one-time transfer fee of $35 will be charged to new shareholders.
A monthly fee of $65 will be assessed for water usage of 0 to 60,000 gallons.
An additional fee of $2.50 per 1000 gallons will be assessed for usage exceeding 60,000 gallons.
A late fee of $15 will be added to the outstanding balance of any account for which a payment has not been received during the previous billing cycle.
Outstanding accounts for which payment has not been received during the last 2 billing cycles will receive a Second and Final Notice. Shut offs will be five business days past the 5th of the month.
Water will be turned back on the next business day after the bill is paid. If a check is returned, customers have 24 hours to pay with a money order if they are currently on the shut off list. A fee of $100 will be charged for reconnection of any service which has been terminated for non-payment.
A fee of $35 will be assessed for all returned checks.

Payment is due by the first day of the month following the mailing of the bill and will be considered late after the 5th of the month. Payment should be made by check or money order only; the water company will not accept cash payments. Payments can be made by mail, the slot in the mailbox or through the mail slot in the office door.

If a Second and Final Notice has been issued, and if payment is not received by the shutoff date listed on the notice, service will be terminated. To be reconnected and service resumed, the outstanding balance of the account must be paid in full.

We understand that there are times when customers may have difficulty paying the bill due to financial hardship. Special arrangements can be made, but only in the office during regular business hours, in writing, and with the approval of the President of the corporation.
